Following acceptance of the review, the review team must submit a progress report every six months, and a final report within 12 months. If the final report is not received within 18 months the review will be removed from the system.
Progress reports will identify review teams that may need further training and/or support from their local BEME International Collaborating Centre or an alternative source. They will also assist the BEME central support with the planning of peer review processes and editorial work and ensure the timely publication of accepted BEME review final reports.
The lead reviewer should send a brief progress report (one page of A4 is sufficient) on the review work to [email protected]. The report should include an estimated date of completion.
